The care development provides 129 apartments with a variety of sizeable studios and one-bedroom suites, 19 of which were specifically designed for dementia care. The facility is built over three storeys with a basement car park, and is complemented with services such as a restaurant, hair salon, lounges, entertainment rooms and a bistro.

The care home also features a specialist dementia area that has been designed according to leading research by the University of Stirling. The project, designed to BREEAM standards, includes low carbon technologies along with Aquatechnik up to 75mm, providing superior flow rates and pressures along with easy installation.
