Aquatechnik is a family run business which was founded in the early 1980s, with a mission to develop and produce innovative new solutions for pipework systems in plastic materials as an alternative to conventional metallic pipes.
By the turn of the millennium, Aquatechnik had established itself with a unique patented connection system between multilayer pipes and PPS fittings – The Safety-Plus system.
Initially produced in brass & plastic (safety-metal) and later entirely plastic (PPS), the system was received enthusiastically both at a National and International level. Today’s production capacity is approximately 6,000 tonnes per year of PP-R for pipe production, and the production potential is greater than 20 million metres of multilayer pipe per year. Our injection moulding department produces up to 80,000,000 parts per year.
The production site works in compliance with ISO 9001 standards and in fully complies with the environment standards of ISO 14,001.
A multi-layer WRAS approved system up to 75mm with patented fittings which have excellent flow characteristics, reducing the pressure required to achieve the required flow rate, often with reduced noise pollution over other pipe technologies.
