Pipe System Information

Safety - Plus System

The Safety-Plus system incorporates our multi-layered pipe and patented fittings to deliver maximum joint protection across various applications. The system utilises the geometry of the fittings, which have been expertly designed to yield clear advantages in maximised flow rates and reduced noise levels and energy consumption.

The system’s flow rate remains consistent as the fluid travels through the pipe to the fitting transition point. This is because of the system’s jointing method, where the pipe bore is expanded using a flaring tool to accept the fitting. This is a truly unique jointing process compared to traditional methods, which suffer from decreased flow rates due to the pipe bore being reduced when fitted.
